Usually it’s some animated weirdness with a sappy song overtop. I’ve been blogging for a few years now, and I don’t usually get pumped for indie book trailers. When Shay first contacted me for a review, she sent a link for the book trailer. The black, gray and white of the alley make me feel like it’s ME running from the enemy! I don’t think I’ve ever had that happen with a book cover before, so it’s pretty cool. When a past she never knew existed is brought to light.
